Erica Bender has been working in the staffing industry since 2006, starting her career in recruitment before joining Allegis Global Solutions (AGS) in 2008. In her current role as an Executive for Service Excellence, Erica is responsible for Allegis Global Solutions’ (AGS) Direct Sourcing product in North America including focus on delivery excellence for existing clients, strategic product evolution and new client growth. Erica has spent the majority of her career with AGS leading successful MSP programs for various clients where she was responsible for operational delivery and strategic development for those programs.
