Rob is a skilled leadership development and training professional with over 30 years of experience in leading and developing people. His career has been dedicated to improving the performance of leaders, managers and other contributors within a wide variety of organizations. His diverse experience includes working on a range of subject matter including leadership, management, sales, service, product, compliance, technology, quality, orientation, etc.
Rob is currently the President of Leadership for Now which focuses on leadership and management development; sales training, individual, team and organizational assessment; emotional intelligence and performance, and custom learning solutions.
Rob is certified and proficient in a variety of tools, including Ken Blanchard’s Situational Leadership II, Situational Leadership Experience, Situational Team Leadership, Coaching Essentials, and Self-Leadership. He is experienced in Covey’s 7 Habits and The 4 Disciplines of Execution. He is also a Certified Birkman Consultant – a personality and career assessment. In addition, Rob is certified with the emotional intelligence tool - MHS EQ-i 2.0 and 360.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Management from Beloit College. Rob, his wife, and two children have lived in Ponte Vedra, Florida for 8 years. Originally, Rob is from the northwest suburbs of Chicago.
